No matter your event needs, We have the tools and know-how to provide what you're looking for! We have provided top class entertainment for all the events listed to the right and many others. We offer to visit with you at a location of your choosing to go over the materials that we will use to plan and perform at your event. You will receive samples of our event planner, contract, and pricing information. During our visit we will answer all of your questions openly and honestly. These visits are free of charge. After all, it is important that we 'click'. If email or phone communication is more convenient for you, we can do that too. Rest assured your event will be handled in a professional manner by an experienced DJ. We provide edited and clean musical selections when the event calls for it.

When shopping for a DJ, price is often the first question people ask about. We understand that planning any type of event is expensive and time consuming. We also understand that you need to compare prices in order to get an idea for your budget. Our rates vary depending upon the date, location, and the equipment required. Generally speaking, professional DJ's charge between $100-150/hr for private events and $600-1,500 for weddings (which require much more planning and prep time). Anything less is not considered professional and will be sub-standard in some way. Beware of DJ's that cut corners by having - cheap, unreliable equipment with no backup system - a limited music selection - poor sound quality (imagine trying to dance to music you can barely hear or toasts and announcements going unheard becuase of a bad microphone) - messy setups that can ruin the venue's appearance you worked hard to create - little experience which means an unpolished presentation for your very special event.
All these potential event ruiners can be avoided with NC Sounds. And even if you don't hire us, we encourage everyone to ask questions to be sure your DJ can deliver a professional product. Remember you will get what you pay for!
